We at DMS believe in helping our community, because this is what builds Fort McMurray. Every year we donate to the "Friends of the Fort McMurray Fire Fighters Charities Association". This year we came out to support these local heroes in the 3rd Annual Fort McMurray Fire Department Honour Guard Golf Tournament.
DMS was founded in Fort McMurray in April of 2007 under the name of Duggan Management Systems and Audits(DMSA) with the philosophy that Loss Management is a core value to any successful enterprise. Our goal is to assist local Contractor and Contractors working in the region, to understand their responsibilities under the Alberta OH&S Codes, Acts and Regulations and meet the requirements to perform work on the Oilsands sites.
In 2015 DMSA changed their name to DMS Inc. and decided to get their hands a little dirty branching out into dewatering, pumping , dredging operations. DMS Inc. is the Global Pump representative in the oilsands for pumps and pumping accessories sales and rentals.
DMS's Cofounders/Owners have extensive experience and knowledge in the Health and Safety field and are proud to note that they have several decades of direct employment in both Loss Management and Leadership roles for three of the Region's Oilsands plants.
DMS Owners have 55 years of direct Health, Safety and Environment experience working at the Major Oilsands Plants in the RMWB. The Management of DMS has been involved in three major Oilsands Projects with over a combined 12 Million direct workforce hours without a Lost Time Injury. DMS have the knowledge and skills to share with you the Contractor to meet Health, Safety and Environment requirements. DMS has the ability to provide all Health, Safety and Environment programs and personnel that your company requires to achieve HSE excellence. HSE management systems and training programs are tailored to our client's risks and operations, these are not generic programs, but developed to suit individual operations.
